Cleaning

• Avoid using bleach or any cleaning product that may discolor natural fibers. If necessary, clean with warm water.
• When washing the mochila, soak in mild soap & do not twist.
• When drying, lay flat on a surface in the shade to prevent color changes.

Recommendations

• Avoid carrying heavy objects inside the mochila, as this can alter its shape.
• Avoid contact with sharp objects that can pull the threads.
• Due to its material, the straps of the mochila may stretch under weight.
• Due to its composition, rubbing can cause pilling on the mochila.
• Keep dry; if it gets wet, promptly dry with a clean cloth.
• The lining is not removable. Avoid contact with liquids or inks on the inside, as they could cause permanent stains.
• Store the mochila in its bag when not in use.

Due to our delicate and intricate handmade process, each piece can take up to 15 days to be woven. If the mochila is a pre-order, once the order is processed, it may take up to 3 weeks for our artisans to craft your piece.

Items can be exchanged within 15 calendar days of receipt by presenting the invoice and ensuring they are in perfect condition, with original packaging and intact tags. For returns, customers have 5 business days from the moment they receive their order to request the refund by contacting servicio.cliente@verdi.com.co with order details and the reason for the return.
