As part of the celebration of the 100th anniversary of Cartier’s Trinity Collection, VERDI was commissioned to create a piece inspired by Cartier’s Trinity ring. El Ocaso celebrates the cyclical nature of life, paying tribute to enduring and significant moments. The artwork honors those who came before us, cherishing their treasures, lessons, and gifts. 

El Ocaso was selected to be part of Cartier’s 100th anniversary Trinity Collection exhibition in Shanghai at the West Bund Art Center, where it was on display from July 6 to 28 of 2024. The exhibition showcased creatives from around the world, including renowned names like Iris Van Herpen, Adrien Brody, Emma Corrin, and Taika Waititi. Additionally, El Ocaso was featured in an online exhibition highlighting artists globally, with only five from South America, including VERDI.
